Cutting Edge Dental Technology
We are pleased to offer our patients the latest advances in dental technology. We offer CEREC One-Visit dentistry, crowns and porcelain inlays in one visit. Waterlase dentistry which replaces the drill in many instances therefore reduces the need for needles and anesthesia (in most cases). Mini Dental Implants consists of a miniature titanium implant that acts like the root of your tooth and the retaining fixture that is incorporated into the base of your denture. Allowing for micro mobility while withstanding natural lifting forces.
Appointments
New patients are welcomed to our dental practice. All office visits are
scheduled by appointment. Your appointment means you are scheduled not only with the dentist, but with his staff as well. You will find that we respect our patients’ time and make every effort to remain on schedule. (We do treat emergencies as they arise since we do not want our patients to be in pain; however, we try our best to inform you if your appointment will be delayed due to an emergency.) We also try to complete treatment in as few visits as possible. Because we try to be considerate of our patients’ time, we have found that they are, likewise, considerate of our time. Your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you; therefore, we do require at least 48 hours notice if an appointment must be changed. Your First Office Visit One of our primary concerns will be to make you feel comfortable in our office. We will make every effort to insure successful treatment. In order to prevent dental disease, the active disease must be evaluated and eliminated. Therefore, we must have complete picture of your present oral condition, as well as insight into your dental and medical history. We will make a thorough evaluation of existing and potential problems, taking the necessary x-rays and examining the oral tissues for decay and gum/bone disease. A complete head and neck oral cancer screening exam will also be performed.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your visit:
IMPORTANT Please notify our staff if you have a medical condition (diabetes, high blood pressure, rhematic fever, artificial heart valves and joints, etc.) that may be of concern prior to your dental visit, especially before dental surgery or if you are on any medications like aspirin, heart medications, anticoagulant therapy, etc..
Are You AFRAID or Nervous About Visiting the Dentist? You aren't alone. We understand your concerns and strive to make every dental visit as comfortable as possible. In addition to topical and local anesthetic; oral sedation in conjunction with nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is available for those patients who would like additional sedation. We also offer stereo headphones, magazines, and a TV in each treatment room, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your visit. Warm blankets are available upon request. If there is anything else we can do to make your visit more pleasant, please let us know.
Safety To protect our patients and ourselves, we routinely wear masks, glasses, and gloves. We also request our patients to wear safety glasses.
All surfaces in the treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each patient. All instruments are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized as recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Our equipment (drills) is sterilized with a state-of-the-art sterilization unit. Whenever possible, we use disposable single use items to ensure safety.
Cosmetic Dentistry Our services include a full range of cosmetic dental services from restorations to tooth whitening.
Dental Insurance Progressive Family & Cosmetic Dentistry accepts a wide variety of dental insurance plans. Our knowledgeable office staff will work with your insurance company and help you estimate your benefits. We must emphasize that as dental care providers our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. While the filing of insurance claims and checking on your benefits is a service that we extend to our patients, all charges are your responsibility from the date services are rendered.
Payment Options We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, Citi Health Card and Care Credit.

Free, private parking is available just outside our door. Our offices are all located at ground level on one floor - no stairs to climb.
